About Sarita Redalia
Psychotherapist in San Francisco
Hi, I’m Sarita. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
My approach is depth-oriented and relational. I help people slow down and begin to understand the underlying emotional patterns and beliefs that shape how they feel, relate, and respond in their lives.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we pay attention to both present experience and the deeper layers that may be influencing it. Over time, this work can support greater clarity, self-understanding, and relief from long-standing patterns.
I offer in-person sessions in San Francisco and online throughout California. If you’re curious about working together, you’re welcome to reach out for a free consultation.
My Approach: Depth-Oriented and Relational Therapy
As your therapist, I’ll ask you questions that invite you to explore your own emotional and psychic terrain. I can guide you through territory which may have felt too painful or confusing to navigate on your own.
By examining current patterns of thought and behavior and reflecting on your past, we can reveal unconsciously held beliefs that may be causing suffering or holding you back. Insight leads to awareness, and awareness provides the foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. Perhaps there is a part of yourself that you find hard to accept. This may have you waging a war against yourself and feeling exhausted by the battle. Together we can shed light on these divided factions, creating a more cohesive sense of self. By integrating these parts of yourself, you can begin to defuse the war, find increased self-acceptance, and feel more at peace.
For a fuller sense of how I work, visit my About page and read professional testimonials. There, I share the influences that guide my approach and how I support people in moving beyond old patterns toward greater wholeness and self-acceptance.
