How I work

Depth therapy creates space for insight and emotional growth, allowing a more compassionate way of being with yourself to unfold over time. It invites a gradual deepening of self-understanding and the possibility of relating to your inner world in a new way.

In our work together, we can explore early experiences and relationship patterns that have shaped how you see yourself and others. Through active listening, empathy, and reflection, I aim to help you feel safer within yourself, strengthen self-trust, and support a more stable sense of self-worth.

I also integrate mindfulness, self-compassion, and inner critic work to help soften internal patterns that can feel harsh, repetitive, or limiting. Over time, this can create more space for choice, flexibility, and self-understanding in moments that previously felt fixed or overwhelming.

At the heart of this work is the therapeutic relationship itself. Over time, it becomes a place where new ways of experiencing yourself can be felt directly, supporting deeper integration, healing, and lasting change.
