depth Therapy in Hayes Valley
Working Through disconnection, perfectionism, and self-doubt
Welcome
WHEn it’s hard to feel like you’re enough
Maybe you’ve spent years trying to hold it all together—showing up for others, striving to meet every expectation, doing your best to feel “fine.” But underneath it all, there’s a quiet ache. A sense that no matter how much you do, it’s never quite enough. You might feel disconnected from your own needs, uncertain of who you are without the pressure to perform or prove yourself.
You might look like you’re managing well from the outside, but inside, it’s a different story. The inner critic is loud, the pressure is constant, and the rest never feels fully earned. It can be hard to trust your own feelings—or even know what they are. Maybe you’ve been carrying this weight for so long, it just feels like a part of who you are. But it’s also lonely. And somewhere inside, there’s a quiet hope that maybe it doesn’t have to be this way.
Maybe there’s another way
Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to perform, prove, or hold it all together. Instead of trying to meet impossible standards, you get to slow down and be with what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we can begin to understand where these patterns came from—how perfectionism may have once helped you feel safe, or how self-doubt became a way of staying connected in relationships that couldn’t fully see you.
Over time, therapy can help you feel more at home in yourself, more connected to others, and less caught in the exhausting cycle of never feeling like you’re enough. It’s not about fixing you, because you’re not broken. It all comes down to learning to appreciate and accept yourself as you are.
Listening for What Matters Most
Sarita Redalia Psychotherapy offers a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can be fully seen and heard. Here, you’re invited to slow down, explore the patterns that keep you stuck, and reconnect with what matters most to you. Whether you’re struggling with perfectionism, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection, therapy can help you find more ease, clarity, and authentic connection—both with yourself and the world around you.
