depth Therapy in the mission
Working Through isolation, grief, and confusion
Welcome
Even surrounded by life, you may still feel alone
Life in the Mission can be vibrant, creative and alive—but when you’re moving through inner storms, that energy can feel like it’s happening miles away. You may find yourself going through the motions, while quietly carrying a deep sense of disconnection. Maybe you’re grieving a loss, struggling with a major transition, or just feeling unsure of who you are now.
If you’re here, you might be longing for a space where your inner life can finally breathe—where your pain isn’t fixed, or rushed, but deeply understood.
a mindful approach to healing
Depth therapy is not about quick fixes. It’s a collaborative, reflective process that gives time and space to what’s buried, pushed aside, or never fully named. Together we look beneath surface symptoms—like anxiety, numbness, or feeling stuck— and begin to explore the emotional roots beneath them.
This kind of therapy can be especially helpful when you’re navigating:
The loneliness of grief, even long after the loss
A fog of confusion about your identity, direction, or place in the world
Old patterns of self-blame or emotional isolation
The feeling that something is missing, even if everything “should” be fine
meeting you where you are
You don’t have to have the right words—my role is to walk with you as you come into deeper contact with your own inner knowing. With curiosity and compassion, we can begin to untangle the knots and let new insights emerge.
Sessions might include:
Slowing down enough to feel whats there
Gently exploring formative experiences and unconscious patterns
Making room for grief, longing, and parts that have long gone unheard
Discovering what feels true and meaningful now
You don’t have to go it alone
Isolation, grief and uncertainty can distort your sense of self—but you’re not broken. There is a way through. Sarita Redalia psychotherapy can help you feel more rooted, more whole and more connected to—not only to yourself, but the world around you
