NAVIGATING authenticity, isolation & overwhelm

welcome

seeking Meaning & belonging in a Beautiful Place

Tucked into the foothills of Mount Tamalpais, Fairfax draws those who long for something more grounded, more real. It’s a town where you might hear live music spilling from a small venue one night and wake to the hush of redwoods the next morning. People come here for the open space, the creative spirit, the slower rhythm that resists the pressures of the outside world.

And yet, for many, that freedom comes with its own complexities. In a community that values authenticity, it can feel surprisingly difficult to admit when you’re struggling. Isolation can take root beneath self-sufficiency. And for those who feel everything deeply, the calm can sometimes amplify the overwhelm rather than ease it.

When Inner Stillness Feels Out of Reach

You might be someone who’s built a thoughtful, intentional life here—connected to the land, your values, your community—and still sense that something’s missing. Maybe you find yourself performing a version of authenticity that doesn’t leave much room for grief, anger, or uncertainty. Or you’ve grown so used to managing on your own that even the idea of being supported feels foreign.

For some, the same sensitivity that once felt like a gift now leads to emotional fatigue—absorbing the energy of others, staying attuned to every ripple, and losing track of your own needs in the process. Beneath it all, there may be a hope—for deeper connection, for relief, for the chance to feel more fully like yourself again.

Exploring What’s Beneath the Surface

Reaching out for support can feel unfamiliar—especially if you’re used to holding things together or tending to others first. But the longing for something more—for understanding, for relief, for change—deserves attention.

Sometimes what’s needed isn’t advice or problem-solving, but a deeper kind of listening—a space where your inner world can unfold without judgment or rush. That’s the essence of depth therapy.

Depth therapy is a relational, psychodynamic approach that invites you to explore the layers beneath what’s immediately visible. Rather than focusing on quick fixes or surface-level strategies, it offers space to make sense of your inner world—your patterns, your history, your emotional truth—at a pace that honors your readiness. In this kind of work, healing isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about coming home to who you’ve always been.

Working Together, Wherever You Are

I work with thoughtful, sensitive adults who are ready to look beneath the surface and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been overlooked or pushed aside. My approach is warm, attuned, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience.

While I’m based in San Francisco, I offer remote therapy to clients throughout Marin, including Fairfax. For many people, virtual sessions provide a convenient way to engage in this kind of inner work—without the stress of a long commute. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply unsure of what comes next, our work together can offer a steady place to land and begin anew.

Working Together, Wherever You Are
