Support When you feel Exhausted, overwhelmed, or never enough
Welcome
Life can be a drag When the overwhelm feels constant and your inner critic won’t be quiet
Life can feel heavy when your thoughts are crowded with self-criticism and relentless inner noise. Your inner critic, meant to keep you safe, can sometimes feel harsh and unrelenting, making it hard to find peace. In therapy, you can learn gentle ways to turn down the volume on this voice and simply notice your inner critic without being controlled by it.
This awareness, coupled with an intention to discern when this voice is helpful or hurtful can help you shift painful patterns surrounding destructive self-talk. Together, we’ll explore how to create space for self-compassion, helping you reclaim calm and confidence in your daily life.
you don’t have to carry the weight of these thoughts All on your own
When your mind feels like a constant stream of pressure, criticism, or self-doubt, it can be incredibly isolating. But you don’t have to manage it all by yourself. In therapy, we’ll work together to gently unpack those burdens - the ones that say you’re not enough, or that you always have to do more. Over time, you can begin to feel lighter and more connected to who you are underneath all that noise.
This isn’t about fixing you - because you aren’t broken. It’s about creating space to listen to yourself differently, to soften the grip of those oppressive thoughts, and discover new ways of being that feel more spacious and true. Therapy can be a place for you to rest, feel seen, and slowly reclaim a sense of ease in your own mind and body.
How Therapy Can Help When You’re Feeling exhausted or overwhelmed
When daily life feels like too much, therapy offers a supportive space to slow down and catch your breath. Together, we’ll work on understanding the sources of your exhaustion and over time, gently challenge the “never enough” messages that drain your energy. Sarita Redalia Psychotherapy can help you build valuable tools for managing stress, setting boundaries, and nurturing self-compassion - so you can start feeling more balanced, capable, and peaceful.
